"Raised my car insurance by $70 per month, Update !!! : Yes name is different in this review, you will not find me by this name but if you want me to go into specifics: first you couldn't do anything to lower the rate, then you lowered it $30 per month and I'm like how's that possible, if you didn't go so much up maybe I would stay with you, but in meantime I went with progressive and I paid another 25$ less than before you even charge me more without some stupid devices in the car so altogether I'm saving $95 per month yes you heard me right, yes I'm that guy who visit your office and complain, you know when, good luck scamming more people Another UPDATE : I ALSO Cancelled HOUSE INSURANCE WITH THEM, FEW HOURS AFTER I UPDATED THIS REVIEW I WAS CHARGED AGAIN $85 WHICH WEEK AGO WAS REFUNDED TO ME, haha this agency is gold"

"The agents are fantastic to work with, and fully understand your situation at home. Though it is sad that you are "randomly" selected for a home inspection, the truth is anytime you switch insurance companies you will always have a home inspection. Corporate's inspector found several items that they took issue with, and wanted me to resolve. Unfortunately, some of the things that were recommended snowballed into much larger projects. Corporate wanted to see photos of the finished work, but unfortunately due to the scope of work, I am still at a stage where I am just getting pricing numbers, and that is not good enough for corporate. The agents understood my situation and tried as hard as they could to get corporate to come to an understanding but unfortunately corporate's policy is what it is, and I understand the legal standpoint where they're coming from. For now I have to temporarily switch companies since I need more time to complete the projects, but I will be returning."
